This pet vaccine management system project is designed for Pet care centers. With the advancement in digital technologies, every field is adapting to it. This Project of Veterinary Clinic Management System is a web application. This system is designed to simplify the tasks in the pet care station. This system gives access to register pets in the system so that these pets can be looked after in the pet care center. This system gives ease to save information about pets and visitors as well. Also, records of immunization of these pets are easily saved and can be changed if needed. Reports are also provided to find pets and immunization easily. This system is very easy to understand and very easy to use. I developed this with reference to a veterinary management software research paper. This is software for Veterinary Doctors.
This Veterinary Management System has various sections like category, pets, immunization, area, visitors/ owner, etc. In the admin panel of the system, there is a provision to register Sub-admin. And in this sub-admin panel, categories of pets can be added and changed if needed. Also, the pet's details are registered from the sub-admin panel and also can be changed if needed. Sub-admin also has a provision to add and update immunization records of pets. And immunization reports are also provided herein veterinary clinic management system thesis documentation.
Admin will be able to see the categories, pets, and immunization records added by sub-admins. Admin can also add categories if needed. Also, the admin will be able to see all the reports. The area section is given to find pet records according to the area. Also, website settings are managed by the admin. One more section as message/ complaints given to register any complaint or message or we can say feedback. One section named as the announcement is given in this web application where announcements can be added. Also, this announcement can be updated or deleted if needed. This system can reduce the manual work effectively in the animal hospital management system. And it can be a great move for pet care business owners to adapt to this system. This veterinary hospital management system is very well designed and will be beneficial for managing the pet care business effectively. As pet ownership has become an interesting addition in the lives of many people, this system is going to have great scope in the future as veterinary practice management software.
